| The
First Step |
The
first step in creating your custom ornament is to send us photographs, postcards, old
sketches, or drawings of the subject you wish to be replicated. The pictures may be color
or black and white. The greater the detail shown on the pictures, the better the detail
will be on your ornament. Please also supply any other details that you would like to have
as part of the design including titles, names, logos, dates, etc. From your picture, we
will first generate sketches on paper and mail or fax them to you for your approval. This
step takes about a week or so. Upon your approval, we will generate an actual
finished sample of your ornament. The artwork and prototype is generated with a one-time art charge of $240.00 (plus freight) including minor revisions.
We can still make changes to the ornament, though they should be minimal. Call us with any questions you may have. |
| Pricing |
A
typical ornament order is 500, though we can manufacture orders as low as 250 units as a
minimum.
We can manufacture re-orders of as few as 250 with your cost set at the original price
(i.e. if you ordered 1,000 ornaments initially at $6.50 each, and wanted to re-order an
additional 250 of this same ornament later, you would still pay only $6.50 each despite
the lower quantity). To enhance the presentation, each ornament comes with a ribbon and
gift-box (colors include red, white, blue, and dark green.)
Typical price ranges for custom ornaments are between $6.50 and $8.50 depending upon the
quantity you order and the complexity of the ornament. Please contact us with any
questions you may have. email us: customcollectibles@comcast.net |

Billing
Accounts
In order to make it as easy as possible to get started, we can set your organization up as
an open account if you can supply us with two or three credit references. You will be set
up on Net 30 day terms, meaning that your organization will be billed for work done and
that we request payment 30 days after the invoice date. Most of our customers have found
it useful to be set up as an open account, because it allows time to market, sell, or take
orders for the ornament before any payment is due. Marketing
Consultation
Upon request we will be happy to supply you with names and organizations similar to yours
for reference. Often, when first getting started on an ornament program other
organizations are your best resource. Most of our customers are more than happy to assist
others in developing a successful annual program. We have manufactured ornaments for a
variety of organizations across the nation including chambers, churches, historical
societies, cultural centers, resorts and gift shops.

Losses and Service Charges
Please Note: Due to the loss that may occur in the manufacturing process, all orders are
subject to an allowance of plus or minus ten percent (10%). This means you may receive 10%
more or fewer ornaments than you ordered and for which you are liable.
If you absolutely must have a certain number of ornaments, please note this is at the time
of ordering. You are only charged for the exact number of ornaments shipped. A service
charge of one and one-half (1- 1/2%) percent per month (18% per annum), or the maximum
amount allowed per applicable law, whichever is less, will be due on all past due
accounts. |
